Returns & Exchanges

At By Alexa Rae, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
